Product overview
is an insecticide containing an active ingredient from the ‘diamide’ group which acts by contact by blocking the feeding system of termites within a few hours of exposure. A delayed lethal effect can be observed, meaning that termites can survive and remain active for several weeks after contact with the treated area. This delayed lethal effect allows the active ingredient to be transferred to the termite nest causing increased mortality in untreated termite colonies.

Pre/Post Construction Treatment areas below and around existing buildings and structures | Termite (Coptotermes gestroi) | 25 ml or 50 ml (for severe attacks) | Pre-construction: Spray on the foundation of the construction site Post-construction: Drill holes on the wall parameters. Above ground Termites active in wood and wall cavities infested | Termite (Coptotermes gestroi) | 25 ml or 50 ml (for severe attacks) | Recommended to use in conjunction with a suitable non-repellant type foaming agent to aid in distribution. Inject foam directly into termite tunnels or infested areas to ensure maximum protection. For wall cavities, it is recommended to use foam at an expansion ratio of 20:1 to 25:1. To treat termite infested wood, drill holes and inject foam. Hole spacing/injection rate should be adjusted to prevent foam from emerging from adjacent holes. For non-foaming treatments, inject where active termites are found. Do not use in areas where electrical wiring is present. |
Reticulation system Perimeter and/or closed channeling system that is ready to be installed prior to concrete application | Termite (Coptotermes gestroi) | 25 ml or 50 ml (for severe attacks) | Follow the instructions from the reticulation system manufacturer to ensure that the termite poison is distributed evenly throughout the treatment zone. For this application, it must be used at a rate of 5 liters / m². |
| Termite Nest | Termite (Coptotermes gestroi) | 25 ml or 50 ml (for severe attacks) | Nest debris should be removed from the structure when found. If this is not practicable, termite nest debris must be treated directly. The size of the nest should be identified as the rate used will depend on the size of the nest (as a guide, use 10 litres to 20 litres of solution per nest). Application in foam form will aid penetration of the solution into the nest. Holes drilled should be sealed after application of the solution. |
Caution:
Do not use on very wet ground, after or during heavy rain, to avoid chemical runoff. Do not use in wall cavities, except for direct treatment of active termites.
Mixing Guide:
It is recommended to use a roller sprayer, brush or injector for treatment of perforated walls/wood. Fill the tank half full with clean water. Mix thoroughly according to the recommendations set out in the dosing and mixing table. Then add the remaining clean water required and stir. Do not use at a rate higher than recommended. Do not store the remaining mixture in the sprayer tank.
Spraying Guide:
Do not spray, brush or inject on/near food/food preparation areas including animal feed. Repeat spraying only when necessary. If treatment needs to be repeated, alternate with insecticides from different groups that have different modes of action.
